Hyundai Recalls 186,000 Elantra's Over Air Bag Trouble

Hyundai Motor company recalled over 180,000 Elantra's made from November 12, 2010 to March , 2013 because a bracket which supports the headliner could come off when the side airbags deploy. When the airbag explodes into place it could cause the bracket to hit a passenger and injury them.

Hyundai says they will replace the brackets for free but not until next month. Any Elantra owners should call their local Hyundai dealer or Hyundai-Kia America at (800) 633-5151.
