Jeffrey Vallens was born and raised in Southern California. He earned a bachelor's degree in English from the University of California before going on to law school at the University of LaVerne (Forbes Magazine Top 100) and launching a successful career as a personal injury attorney.

Mr. Vallens is licensed to practice before the California Supreme Court (all courts in California) as well as The United States Supreme Court, 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California and The U.S. Court of Military Appeals.

Mr. Vallens has been practicing personal injury since 1996. He practices mainly in Southern California, however his practice takes him where his clients need him. Recently, Mr. Vallens has handled a handful of cases in Northern California. Northern California has been very good to him. with the help of one of his favorite private investigators, CW Sellers ( the office is starting to really make a name for itself in Sacramento, San Jose, The Bay Area, Sonoma, Napa, as well as Central California and other parts north.
